AB-SOLUTION
You've spent the last few years wearing a dip into your sofa, now it's payback time! A short, intense session introducing fun but effective toning for the tummy

AEROBICS
An ever popular high energy class that will have your body moving in every direction. Guaranteed to burn calories and leave you feeling pleasantly exhausted

BODY CONDITIONING
This class uses matwork, studio weights and your own body weight to tone your body

BOXING PADWORK
A short, intense session offering an introduction and advice on the use of pads and sparring techniques. This is a great session for couples or to try with your mates... and it's definitely not just for blokes!

CARDIAC/PULMONARY REHABILITATION
A class for those with cardiac and severe hypertensive conditions, that helps rebuild strength, stamina and confidence

CHI BALL
The Chi Ball method is based on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and incorporates a synergy of six ancient and modern exercise philosophies to promote balance and wellbeing: Thai Chi, Dance, Yoga, Pilates, Feldenkrais and Meditation. It integrates TCM theaory of yin and yang, chi and the meridian system

CRECHE
Twice a week (Mondays and Thursdays 9:30am-11:30am) we offer a 2-hour creche session for children ages 6 months to 5 years old. Places are limited and must be booked in advance. The cost is £3 for the first child and £1 for any subsequent children

FITBALL WORKOUT
Fitballs are particularly effective at targeting the core muscles of the body that improve posture and tone because they provide an inherently unstable platform. The class will provide a fun, varied workout, improving balance and strength

FIT CHICK WORKOUT
A great workout for ladies that want to target those hard-to-tone areas. Focusing on the whole body but with special attention to the bum, core and arms

FIT CHICK EXPRESS
Same as the Fit Chick Workout, but for the busy girl with things to do and people to see

FITNESS GAMES
Get back in touch with your youthful side and add a bit of fun into your workouts with a range of challenging and effective fitness games. Suitable for people of all ages and abilities, so don't be shy, give it a try!

HOT TOTS
A fun filled session with bouncy castle, inflatable slide and loads of soft play. This is a parent and toddler session where children can burn off excess energy and parents can get involved or simply relax and watch with a coffee. The cost is £3 for the first child and £1 for any subsequent children

A 1-hour group session that covers basic safe usage of the gym equipment

INTRODUCTION TO SPIN
If you've never done Spin before then come along to our quick taster session. We'll show you how to set up the bike correctly and the basic technique to have you riding like a pro in no time

JUNIOR SQUASH
A great way to get into squash from an early age. You will learn everything: from the basics to a full-on game. All abilities welcome

JUNIOR WEIGHT TRAINING
For 13 to 16 year olds. Does exactly what it says on the tin. Ideal if you've never done weight training before or if you want to learn some new techniques

Dance, twist and jump your way to a more toned body

KETTLEBELL WORKOUT
The kettlebell has been widely used by Olympic athletes. It looks like a cannonball with a handle. This blitz session introduces the kettlebell and offers a varied strength and power workout, testing every muscle in your body

KICKBOXING
A tough training session for developing fight skills, balance, speed and endurance. Classes for adults (aged 13 years and above) and juniors (aged 7 years and above). NB. Kickboxing classes are not included in the membership: price is £5 for juniors and £7 for adults

LADIES SQUASH
Whether you've been playing for 10 years, 10 months or 10 minutes then we'd love for you to come and join us. A great, relaxed social group... and we even play squash too!

MUSCLE UP
For the guy who wants to bulk up, this session will offer advice on the basic principles of weight training for muscle growth. The session will help with spotting and effective resistance training

PILATES
Pilates focuses on building the body's core strength and improving your posture through a serious of low repetition low impact stretching and conditioning exercises. Classes will develop these muscles and flexibility without adding bulk

PUMPED AND TONED
A mixture of cardio and resistance training that will leave you feeling exactly as the name suggests!

ROWING CIRCUIT
Combining the whole body challenge of rowing with a mix of highly effective circuit exercises. Guaranteed to work you hard and get results, fast.

RPM TONE
Let our instructor inspire you with a totally mixed class that targets and strengthens your entire body. Combining the variation and fun of spinning and aerobics with the specific challenges of barbell, dumbell and body weight exercises

SPIN
A great group cycling workout, performed on static studio bikes. The bikes have a large, heavy flywheel to provide the smoothest, most realistic ride possible. The classes are extremely varied and very sociable

BEGINNERS SPIN
Spinning has a reputation of being an extremely tough class. Certainly it can be and burns loads of calories, but anyone can take part. To prove it we have provided this class as a gentle introduction to technique and terminology

SPIN FLEX
A challenging combination of cycling and resistance exercise. Let our instructors lead you over terrains such as hills, flats, intervals, peaks and time trial interspersed with a varied toning section to hit upper and lower body

STEP
A great cardiovascular workout that really targets the thighs and bum

STREET DANCE
An intoxicating mix of great music and movement. If you like to have fun while you get fit, then get along to Street Dance. The class provides a fusion of dance and aerobic moves to help you work up a sweat.

TECHNIQUE TOP UP
So you've had an induction, you've been using the club for a while and now you've got even more questions about exercise. Book in for one of these sessions where an experienced trainer will be on hand to answer your queries and demonstrate more advanced exercises

TEENAGE TONE UP
An aerobics class specifically tailored for 13 to 16 year olds. A great combination of cardiovascular workout and toning

THE ABS LAB
This session aims to educate participants in the basic functioning of the abdominals (your tummy) and introduce new and effective exercises you might never have tried before

THE MIX
Just as the name suggests, this class is a little bit of everything: aerobics, step, toning, abs... the full body workout
