active4less is the home of Stevenage Squash Club. The club has been established for over 30 years and is a very friendly and relaxed club. Full use of the court is included in your monthly fee. If you want to become more involved with squash, we have internal leagues, a ladies ladder, junior coaching, adult coaching and 5 club teams. The standard ranges for complete novices through to county champions. This is a great game, it is competitive, addictive and great for fitness. Racketball is also available and is played much like squash on the same courts, but involves shorter, wider rackets and a swing more akin to tennis.
