Pure Step / Dance StepWorkout with funky step moves and fun routines. A great fat burner and leg toner.
Running ClubThis is exactly what is says on the tin, Running! The runs will be varied in length depending on the levels of participants, all leves are welcome.
New Body / LBTAerobics based class that includes plenty of toning to keep the body in shape. Excellent for all levels, from beginners to advanced.
Dance AerobicsDance the night away with this funky dance aerobics class.
PumpNon-impact, resistance training using barbells and adjustable weights. Working all major muscle groups in a series of specific exercises to strengthen and tone.
Swiss BallUsing stability balls, toning and conditioning all muscle groups with a special emphasis on the core, abs and back.
Dance AerobicsDance the night away with this funky dance aerobics class.
YogaRelax, stretch, strengthen & tone. All subtle yet challenging positions whilst controlling breathing and focusing the mind.
PilatesUsing subtle and controlled movements to strengthen abs, back and postural muscles. Helps correct bad posture and lengthens muscles.
Hi/Lo AerobicsAn aerobic based class with high and low impact moves for fitness and fat burning. Brilliant for those of you who enjoy a fun aerobic workout at all levels
CircuitsThis is a great calorie burner due to the high intensity nature of the class, Its very enjoyable and creates a great all over body workout whilst in a very enjoyable atmosphere.
ZumbaA fusion of Latin and international music. A great interval training experience.
