Personal Training

Our trainers have been specially selected for both their qualifications and varied approach. All are Reps level 3 qualified. They are able to specialise in weight loss, toning, improving strength, stamina, flexibility, strongman training or sport specific performance focus training such as for football, rugby, golf and skiing. They use modern techniques to keep their sessions varied and exciting and their clients progressing.
