Aerobics Studio (40+ classes a week)

The studio is light and airy with nothing to distract you from the activity of your choice whilst you develop stamina, suppleness and strength! Choose from a variety of aerobics classes choreographed to music to make the workout fun! Yoga and pilates classes teach you to focus on core strength, breathing, stretching and meditation - to enhance mental and physical well- being. Classes are available at all levels, so there will be something to suit you!

Spinning is extremely popular and with a motivating instructor leading the way, your legs, arms, shoulders, abdominals and neck will receive a superb aerobic workout. Ideal for everyone!
